This is a size (tag says L; armpit to armpit is 25 1/2 inches; top of the shoulder to the bottom is 34 inches) light green cotton long sleeve button front shirt from Polo Ralph Lauren.  The shirt has been lightly worn and is in good condition with some light marks on the inside of the neck collar.
