See pics! I shrink wrapped it for safekeeping and shipping (will be shipping with rigid cardboard mailer and extra bubble wrap/cardboard to make sure it is not bent or damaged in transit.

There are a few little signs of being touched/opened-on the front cover and back cover as pictured. Definitely not in mint condition, but overall great condition, not sure what it would grade but I would recommend just keeping this one as a raw copy.
