Stand is in good condition with signs of normal use - see pictures.
The 3 pipes have significant signs of use and all 3 mouth tips have heavy wear and holes/chips on the bottoms - SEE LAST PICTURE.

The stand's base measures approximately 10 1/4" long x 5 3/4" wide and it is about 4 3/4" tall
