This is an Apple ][ europlus. I have no way of testing if it works. The power supply is dismantled, so I presume it needs a bit of attention. 
It comes with two disk drives and the expansion cards you see in the pics. I got this about 20 years ago and always meant to get it working but I've never touched it. So thought it is time to sell it, along with a load of my other vintage computer bits. Its been well kept indoors (in a room, not in an attic). Happy to answer any questions.
