Our inventory is stored in an industrial warehouse environment; some items are not in original packaging and are stored in open gaylord containers. As such, parts may have dust or dirt from storage. Items may have been removed from packaging for inspection or photography. High-resolution photos are considered a primary part of the item description; please review them carefully. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is found to be "Not as Described". Compatibility is the buyer's responsibility; if any part of the description or part number is unclear, please message us for clarification before purchasing.
Any used inventory has been visually inspected for damage. Items will be tested if it is within our capabilities. All used parts are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no guarantees or warranty regarding functionality or longevity. We do not offer returns or refunds on used items unless the item is found to be "Not as Described".
All wire and cable items came pre-cut from the factory to the specific length stated in the listing. Depending on the length and current stock, items may arrive on a spool or as a loose coil. Note that some large factory loops or shorter factory-cut pieces may be re-rolled for more efficient shipping; in these cases, the exact length of the wire will be clearly listed. If a specific delivery format (e.g., must be on a spool) is required, please contact us prior to purchase.
Because our storage warehouse is offsite, orders are typically picked up for shipment on Monday and Thursday mornings. Once an item has been picked for transport, cancellations may not be possible. If an item is urgent, please message us before purchasing to see if we can accommodate a faster schedule. We offer Free Shipping on most items via UPS Ground. Larger/heavier items may require Freight Shipping; please contact us for a freight quote prior to purchase.

All items are stocked in our local warehouse. Because we also sell locally, an item may occasionally become unavailable before the eBay listing is updated. In the rare event of a stock discrepancy, we will notify you as soon as the conflict is identified.
