12.9 inch ipad pro first generation with extras. It is in very nice condition and works beautifully. Has charger, pencil, bluetooth keyboard (which I never used), cord for keyboard, and adapter for charger lightning to pencil lightning. You can see a tiny dent under IPAD on reverse of tablet and missing rubber bumper on keyboard, both of no consequence.
