This item was found in the estate of a 97-year-old wash repairman from Manhattan who had recently passed away. Item sold as is for parts. Able to wind slightly. Able to set time without issue. Not running on its own. When blowing air lightly on the balance it will rock back and forth a few times then stop. So as is for parts or repair. Thank you for looking.
