This is a secondhand Tiffany & Co heart charm keyring or bag charm. It is horseshoe shaped with one end which unscrews. It is signed and hallmarked 925, and tests positive for sterling silver.
There is some significant tarnishing to the keyring, which is shown in the photos.
The keyring is approximately 3cm in width and it weighs approx 10g in total.
