Eligibility for Returns
- The part is incorrect, faulty, or damaged on arrival.

The part is still in the same condition as supplied β not modified,
fitted, or dismantled.

π Change of Mind Returns
We may accept returns for change of mind at our discretion, provided the item is in
original condition. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to cover
inspection, handling, and packaging costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the
buyer is responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error.
π οΈ Warranty Claims
All parts sold by T & H Wreckers include a
standard 30-day warranty unless otherwise stated. Engines,
transmissions, and electrical components may have specific warranty terms noted on your
invoice β please retain your proof of purchase.
If a warranty claim is required, please contact us for testing or replacement arrangements.
π« Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been disassembled, modified, or damaged after delivery
- Electrical components that have been plugged in or installed
- Special-order or custom items
- Fluids, filters, and consumables
π³ Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3β5 business days after your returned
item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued via the same payment method
used for the original purchase.
At T & H Wreckers, we are committed to supplying high-quality
used auto parts. Please read our warranty and returns policy carefully before
installation or purchase.
βοΈ Engine Warranty
Warranty covers all internal engine components, including the crankshaft, block,
head, and valve train, as well as components on or around the engine.
Excluded: Engine accessories such as the water pump, injection
system, exhaust, chain, coils, thermostats, flywheel, and induction system are
not covered under warranty.
A standard warranty period of 90 days (parts only) applies.
Extended warranty options are available upon request.
Vehicles used in fleet services (including taxi, limo, or Uber) come with a
30-day warranty on parts only.
Leaks from external gaskets and seals are not covered. All external seals must be
replaced before installation (e.g. rear main seal, valve cover gasket, oil pan
gasket).
Claims resulting from overheating, accidents, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper
maintenance, or improper installation will not be honoured.
All engines supplied are fitted with a unique
T & H Wreckers heat tab. During a warranty claim, the customer
must provide evidence that the heat tab is intact and unmelted. The melting point is
127Β°C. If the tab is removed or melted, the warranty is void.
The warranty is valid only if the part is
installed by a certified workshop or technician. Parts returned
under warranty must be complete as sold; the warranty is void if parts are altered,
dismantled, or tampered with by anyone not authorised by T & H Wreckers.
Parts fitted to vehicles used in racing, competition, or extreme off-road purposes
will not be covered under warranty.
If T & H Wreckers denies a warranty claim due to the purchaserβs contribution
to the failure, we reserve the right to recover reasonable expenses incurred during
inspection (including freight, dismantling, or testing costs). The purchaser is
responsible for these expenses.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser named on the
invoice and is non-transferable. The effective warranty
date begins from the date of purchase, not installation. Please
retain all documentation to validate your warranty.
βοΈ Transmission Warranty
A standard 90-day warranty (parts only) applies to all
transmissions, differentials, and final drive assemblies.
The purchaser is responsible for performing all required installation steps, including:
- Replacing the radiator and/or transmission oil cooler
- Flushing transmission oil lines
- Replacing filters, seals, and pan gaskets
- Filling the differential with the correct oil
- Adjusting shifter mechanisms
- Resetting or replacing any computer codes
Claims resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance,
or installation will not be honoured. Parts must be checked before fitting, as
T & H Wreckers is not liable for labour costs related to
removal or reinstallation.
Warranty is void if the part has been altered, dismantled, or tampered with by
anyone not authorised by T & H Wreckers. Racing, competitive, or off-road use
voids the warranty. The warranty is valid only if installed by a certified workshop
or technician.
If T & H Wreckers denies a claim due to user contribution, we reserve the right
to recover inspection, freight, or dismantling costs. We may retain possession of
parts until these costs are paid.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser named on the
invoice, is non-transferable, and starts from the
purchase date, not the installation date.
β‘ Electrical Components Warranty
Electrical components carry a 14-day warranty (unless otherwise
stated) from the invoice date and are sold for replacement
purposes only. No refunds will be issued β faulty items will be replaced
where applicable.
Items sold for testing purposes are not covered under warranty.
π Returns
No refunds are available. Only credit notes will be issued with
the original invoice if returns are made within 14 days of the
invoice date.
Returned parts must be clean, original, and in the same condition and/or packaging
as sold. Special-order parts requested by the customer are
non-refundable.
Cut body sections or incorrectly ordered parts will not be accepted for credit.
Requests for credit will be denied if the customer changes their mind.
