It is recommended to vacuum the product with a vacuum cleaner after receiving it, because the folding creases caused by compression during packaging will be corrected by machine printing. 

If you prefer to wash the product in a machine for wet cleaning, it is preferable not to wash at temperatures above 30 degrees to prevent color fading. (It should be washed below 30 degrees)

Avoid Bleach and Harsh Detergents: Use mild detergent to preserve softness and color.

These products are aftermarket products. Please note that the colors and details of the tapestries may not be 100% the same as the product images, there may be differences of around 5% - 8% in color and details. This is because each product is not pre-manufactured, so carpet images are adapted to spaces using artificial intelligence. The pixels in the digital image are very small, whereas real carpets are printed over a large area; please consider this information when placing your order.

Sizes are proportionally scaled from the original artwork. - + 1-2 cm tolerance may occur.

Since our carpets are made to order in the exact size you choose, they are considered personalized products. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible after production has started (during the preparation process). You can create a return request after receiving your order in accordance with the policies.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. For this reason, please carefully review the return policy we have created in order to minimize the return process; Products are shipped from Turkey. For this reason, international shipping fees are different and more costly than domestic shipments. These fees increase according to the package size and weight of the shipments and are covered by us. Since our shipping agreement is only from Turkey, we provide reasonable shipping agreements, but these agreements do not occur for shipments from other countries, and high-cost return shipping fees arise. To prevent this, please review the information below!

The dimensions of our products, assembly-compatibility, material and cleaning information are clearly stated in the product information, descriptions and images. Before placing an order, you must check its suitability for yours. It is the buyer's responsibility to check this information and place an order. If the buyer is sure that the product will fit, they should place an order. They can request additional information, images and videos about the product via message.

If you are not satisfied with the product, the return shipping fee is covered by the BUYER in the return requests created. You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

After the return approval, the product must be sent to us in its original packaging and complete.

The refund will be made within 5 business days after the product reaches us.

If the product is damaged, missing or sent differently to the buyer by us, all return costs will be covered by us.

This return policy is deemed to be mutually accepted for the products ordered.
