This item is brand new and sealed. It will be packaged in a way to prevent damage to the product. The item will be shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. In some cases signature tracking may be required. 

There are NO RETURNS for this item, the only exception would be the WRONG ITEM SENT. Even if the wrong item is sent  there is no need to open the incorrect ALTERED box, it must be returned UNOPENED.
