Griswold Deep Fat Fryer with wire basket. This piece has a small wobble and will spin if pushed, I would use this on my glass top for deep frying with no issue. No cracks, chips, or repairs.

The interior is very nice with very little pitting. The backside has little pitting, there’s some bronzing that will darken with use. The pics are after a light oil then buffed until dry…it genuinely is that shiny. The machining is fantastic, typical for Griswold.

I’m not sure if the wire basket is original as they are not marked. It fits this fryer well and the handle to hang the basket to drain is a huge benefit.

I stripped this piece to bare metal using electrolysis, no chemicals were used in this restoration. Collector approved restoration methods are all I use. Seasoning 3x using grape seed oil for a durable finish to last generations. Here’s your family heirloom piece!
