For sale in this listing is an classic Colnago Nuovo Mexico frameset in a dark blue paintscheme.

In the early 1980’s Colnago began experimenting with crimping main frame tubes to increase the stiffness.

Toptube and downtube have 2x crimped tubes, chainstays 1x crimped.

Frame has been well used and shows quite a lot of paintchips, scuffmarks and touchups.

Chrome on the fork and frame shows some pitting.

Frame is structurally sound and there are no dents or cracks.

Original paintwork and decals.

Frame comes with a 1" threaded Colnago fork.

Set dates from the mid 80s and is made of Columbus SL which ensures a superb ride.

Requires a 27.2mm seatpost.

Bottombracket is Italian threaded.
