Description:  Ford Automatic transmission 4x4 for your 7.3 Diesel engine. This will fit for your 2001-2003 truck. Transmission 127k miles and comes with 1/2 year warranty. See fitments below.

FITMENT- This is direct fit for 01-03 Ford Superdutys with 7.3 Diesel engines. Your transmission tag on driver side rear tag visable from underneath, will need to read FB on top row last two digits. NOTE- if not sure what you have for sure, Contact your local Ford dealer or message us BEFOR BUYING, with your vin and we can check to make sure. 


- CORE CHARGE of $500 due unless we pick up core first. REFUNDED TO YOU FOR 1999-2003 4r100 7.3 AUTO 4X4 without case issues including torque converter. We will pick up at our cost when you place back on pallet, and secure, contact us and we will have carrier get it.(due 15 days from time of delivery)

PAYMENTS- All payments are due in full in three days. We accepts Cash in person, Ebay payments, checks (ships on clearance), Bank transfers, and some apps with approval.

SHIPPING-   Free to lower 48 states only. Residents in Alaska or Hawaii message before buying for quote. If you want it shipped to a residential address, we will have to contact you and collect an additional $250 prior to shipping the item to cover residential/life gate services. Hospitals, Schools, Farms, Storage Units, Home Business, Airports, No Truck/ Limited Access zones and Military Bases are NOT accepted as valid commercially zoned address.

Electronics: Any electronics such as but not limited to ECM's, gauge clusters, fuse boxes, TIPMS, radios, etc may require programming from a dealership. We do not offer any programming of any item(s) that we sell. There are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on any electronic items. Wiring faults such as shorts in you vehicle may damage working parts causing them to fail. All electronic items are sold as tested and working unless otherwise stated for parts. PLEASE follow all diagnostic steps before purchasing electrical parts because they are NON-REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE.

WARRANTY- Sold with 1/2 year warranty from time received. Any question or issues notify us right away and we will get you replacement item. Mechanical parts warranties are Exchange, any issue listed below we will pickup issue part and send you replacement at our cost. Warranty limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All engines are guaranteed as long block only. All other parts that may be provided are "Accessories and Extra Parts". No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, injectors, electronics, belts (including timing belt), hoses, water pumps, gaskets, oil pans, Timing Covers, Fuel Rails, solenoids, manifolds, rust, etc. Heat tabs are installed on engine if melted or missing Warranty will be voided along with any dis-assembly or alteration of long block and or transmission case also. Warranty also void if a charge back is initiate before alerting us time to remedy any issue.  There is a 25% restocking fee on specialty pulled items or if you ordered wrong part for your vehicle. We do recommends before installing, to replace external items like oil pans, water pump, rear main seal, turbo seals ,exhaust manifolds and gaskets, external items to engine and heads that may need done in future. Cheaper to do out of vehicle that when installed. 




NOTE:    All bidders must contact us within 24 hours after sale ends or item will be made available to anyone else. Any bidders with bad phone numbers registered on Ebay forfeit their right to vehicle immediately. All non paying bidders are forwarded to Ebay’s collections department. Due to bidders not understanding what “as is where is” means; you are to bid assuming all components on unit are damaged. Use your best judgment. You are to come and view before bidding, not after. After you win bid, you own it.  By bidding or buying this item you agree to have any pertaining court or collections proceedings to take place in Lorain or Cleveland Ohio.
