 The new drink tube, NSN 4240-01-441-0557, can be used only with the new drink tube coupling.

NSN 4240-01-462-0045.

If the new tube disappears or the coupling is damaged,  no problem.  Just replace them as it says in the procedure beginning on Page 2-54 of TM 3-4240-346-20&P.

Each package comes with 5 Coupling units, as shown in the pictures.
