Most items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, please see each item's return policy under shipping times. Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS ONCE OPENED OR INSTALLED. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment minus 15% Restock Fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an Overstock_palace error.

Overstock_Palace Warranty Policy

Each Genuine Mopar product comes with a 1 YEAR warranty. Warranty Claims are not filed through ebay. In order to file a claim you must message us with your VIN, mileage, and order number. Shipping fees are not covered under warranty and require additional payment.
