NGC VF Roman AE3 of Constantius II (AD 337-361) FEL. TEMP. REPARATIO REVERSE
These coins were struck in the late 340’s and early 350’s during the coinage reform of Constans and Constantius II. The legend “FEL. TEMP. REPARATIO” stands for Felix Temporum Reparatio  which translates as “Restoration of Happy Times” or “Good Times are Here Again” - an example of the propaganda value of Roman coinage.
