Black and white plaid with deep

pleats in the back and a flat

front. The wool has a raw fringe

edge on the right side to use

a pin but the leather buckles

are not present.

3 issues with this kilt: There is

a 2.5" black cotton waistband

patch and there is a stain on the 

waistband near the patch. So

other than the missing leather buckles

this skirt is beautiful. Flat front

with pleats in the back.
