HOWEVER, we CANNOT control how the post office handles them, NO REFUNDS are given. WE DO NOT REPLACE BROKEN EGGS, NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. Each box is labeled as Fragile. We cannot guarantee or warranty if your eggs get broke once they are in the hands of the USPS. Once the eggs leave our farm and have the chance of being mishandled, shaken, dropped, x-rayed. If you have an issue where you can see the box was mistreated then you do have 30 days to put in a claim with USPS on each package in case of mishandling. . .............. Thanks
