The booklet is in good condition with no strong odors. It measures 4 inches by 6 inches and has 12 pages with space for notes at the back. The cover of the booklet shows some fading which shows up in the pictures. The staples are intact. It does not have any writing in it, no dog eared pages and no creases or tears.
