This silver half dollar was specially minted to accompany the Robert F. Kennedy silver dollar commemorative coin as a set. Only 62,000 of the JFK half dollars were produced. Furthermore, the half dollar was struck with a rare matte finish. 

This particular coin has brilliant surfaces on the obverse and the reverse sides. There is lots of luster and the eye appeal is superb. Additionally, this coin achieving NGC's highest grading score and is certainly a registry quality coin. The holder has the classic brown label. The coin pictured is the one being offered.
