Not running. Has about 98 psi after about 10 pulls. I see the handle is orange not sure why?  The recoil cover is cracked on top left see picture it's pointed out. There was an area in the center of the recoil that looks like paint is peeling. Has spark but looks weak. The throttle safety tab and throttle set don't work correctly. Looks like some parts are missing. Chain break seems to work.  Rubber motor mounts feel worn out and are cracked.

Please keep in mind I have never used this saw so there might be other issues I am unaware of. To ensure your satisfaction please review the pictures and ask questions.
