We offer FREE shipping on all Qychex Store Products, unless otherwise stated. Never any hidden shipping cost or handling cost fees.

Order Cancellations

We strive to process all orders immediately and in a timely manner. If for any reason you'd like to cancel an order after payment is confirmed, we will try our best to cancel orders but cannot guarantee it. Once orders are processed they are automatically shipped out or processed through one of our fulfillment centers. Therefore, cancellations may not always be possible.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item and want to exchange it, there is no restocking fee. Please email us immediately within 14 business days, and we will: (1) Exchange the item for a new replacement, (2) Repair the item you have and ship it back to you at no cost, or (3) We will provide you with a full refund of the item. We will be responsible for the shipping cost and delivery cost.

Item Costing over $250: All items costing over $250, are final sale items and Non-Refundable. If an item is damaged during shipping or it arrives defective, then the buyer has the option to receive a replacement for the item, or receive a full refund. Only within the first 30 days from purchase.
