Return Policy

Please note that each product has its own unique return policy. For Eligible returns, please follow the process below.

The return policy is located under shipping times.

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging including accessories.

• No returns are accepted on electrical items once opened or installed.

Process:

1. Follow through ebay’s return process from your order and contact our customer service team.

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return for approval.

3. Once approved, please ensure that the product is securely and properly packaged for shipment.

4. Follow the instructions provided by our team for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item for any signs of wear and tear, damage, or misuse, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 24-48 hrs.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

• 15% Restock fee will apply.

• Shipping fees may not be refunded. 

• Customers are responsible for damage fees incurred due to misuse or negligence.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Shipping fees will be incurred in order to process.

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items, such as custom orders, clearance items, & electrical items once opened or installed may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product listing for specific return eligibility.

• We reserve the right to deny returns for items that do not adhere to our return policy. Unauthorized returns will be denied. 

• All items are inspected for OE specifications so any aftermarket returns will be denied and reported.

Warranty Policy

Coverage:

We recommend reviewing the warranty policy for the item you are interested in before making a purchase.

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modification/alteration of products or components, 

• which is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of tampering will void warranty coverage and may result in additional charges or penalties.

• We reserve the right to deny warranty items that do not adhere to our policy. Unauthorized claims will be denied.

• All items are inspected for OE specifications so any aftermarket returns will be denied and reported. 

Claims Process:

• To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team by sending us a message. 

• Include details such as your order number, VIN, mileage and a description of the issue.

• Any products returned without prior approval will be denied warranty claims. 

Resolution:

• Upon approval of your claim, we will repair or replace the defective product.

• If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund or store credit.
