This book is in POOR / OLD condition / shape.  The spine is coming off, pages are brittle and overall just an OLD book.  There are stains, tears etc.  Might be able to repair some of the issues, but it'll need to be a work of love.  Make sure you want it, because it's leaving my book collection, to return Nevermore! ;)
