The Orion XTR8SWD2 delivers clean, controlled bass in an ultra-compact shallow-mount design. Specifically engineered as an 8 inch dual 2 ohm shallow car subwoofer, it produces reliable low-frequency output while fitting where traditional subwoofers cannot. As a result, it is ideal for space-limited installations. With 300W RMS and 1200W peak power, it offers an excellent balance of efficiency, control, and everyday performance.

Built for Shallow-Mount Performance
To ensure consistent output in tight spaces, the XTR8SWD2 features a UV-coated paper and fiber blend cone. Moreover, it uses a durable NBR surround to support controlled excursion in a shallow profile. Together, these materials help reduce distortion while maintaining clean bass response.
A polypropylene dustcap reinforces the cone structure. As a result, stability is maintained during higher output levels. In addition, a ceramic magnet motor structure provides reliable control and efficiency despite the reduced mounting depth.
With a 2.76-inch mounting depth, this shallow subwoofer installs easily where space is limited. Therefore, it is an excellent solution for modern vehicles, compact enclosures, and stealth audio upgrades.
