These pants are in good condition, they have one faint stain on the leg as shown in the picture.  The bottom of the legs are a bit frayed as well.  Otherwise no other stains, holes or odors.  The legs have been hemmed up quite a bit so if you need to make them longer you have many inches to work with.  There is no brand or size, only washing instructions.  Based on the measurements they seem to be a women's size 6L.  Please refer to the measurements and photos to make sure they are a good fit for you before purchase.  The waist is 28", inseam 31", and total length from waist to hem is 38".  Fabric is a thick cotton denim-weight fabric.  Zipper is a Talon.
