Own a piece of history!
For a while I was fixing these but I sold my 3D Printer, so this will come as is. So I went through it and here is everything I have found.
The radio powers on and works. You can use this as a radio right now.
TAPE: The selector rotator knob that switches to 'Tape' is broken (as they always are it seems). I manually moved it on the circuit board and tested both tape players. Both function really well (quite surprised actually). Unless you plan on swapping this board or repairing this selector, the tape selection will be inoperative upon your receipt. However both tape decks do function, should you replace or repair the left circuit board.
One antenna is missing, and the other antenna is not correct.
The battery cover is gouged across the bottom. It's unusual but still functions.
Left speaker grill is covered with rust and broken/cracked. Right speaker grill is better cosmetically but also shows signs of age.
AM/FM selector KNOB missing. The inside post is broken and needs to be replaced. (This board seems good though)
Tape/Radio selector KNOB is missing. The inside post is broken and needs to be replaced. (This board needs a fix)
Lower tape deck has two buttons missing. The support clips are there.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Honestly this is a great radio for just the radio. If I were to keep this, I probably would buy a second unit for Two Antennas (Both halves), two tape deck buttons, and hopefully selector posts and knobs. You would still need to repair the TAPE/RADIO board however. I wish I was still fixing them with the BT-FIX but I had to sell my 3D printer and move on.
Best of luck to whomever enjoys this radio.
