Combined Shipping Policy
If you win multiple auctions, your total shipping charge is based on the highest single shipping cost, plus $0.65 for each additional item capped at $20 PLUS insurance (as seen below).
Common example:
3 items with shipping costs of $1, $5, and $5. $5.00 (highest) + $0.89 + $0.89 = $6.78 total shipping
Another example for larger winnings:
40 items won, with the highest shipping cost being $5.50. $5.50 + 39 additional items at $0.65 each = $30.85, however we cap this cost so it will only be $20 plus insurance if applicable.
Insurance Policy (Orders Over $200)
For combined orders totaling more than $200, insurance is added to the base shipping (see above) as follows:
| Order Value | Additional Insurance |
|---|---|
| $200.01 - $300.00 | + $5.50 |
| $300.01 - $400.00 | + $7.00 |
| $400.01 - $500.00 | + $8.50 |
| $500.01 - $600.00 | + $10.00 |
| $600.01 - $5,000.00 | + $10.00 + $2.00 per $100 (or part) over $600 |
| $5,000.01 - $50,000.00 | + $45.00 + $3.00 per $1,000 (or part) over $5,000 |
Note:
Some listings (typically those expected to sell for $200 or more) already include built-in insurance in their individual shipping charge. When one of these higher-value items is your highest shipping charge, we do not add insurance a second time. Shipping will only adjust if your combined order moves into a higher insurance bracket.
Important:
Please request an invoice before paying if you win multiple auctions so that combined shipping and any applicable insurance can be applied correctly.
Non-Standard Items
Non-standard items may not combine at the same rates. This may include, but is not limited to: lots, rolls, large coins or bullion over 4 oz, and uncut sheets.
Final shipping will be based on the package's actual dimensions and weight once packed.
International Orders
Combined shipping rates apply to U.S. addresses only. International buyers must pay the full invoice total as calculated and managed by eBay's Global Shipping.
All bids on our listings are binding agreements under eBay's User Agreement.
When you place a bid, you are committing to purchase the item if you win. Please make sure you intend to complete the transaction before bidding.
Payment is expected within 3 days of the invoice unless other arrangements are made in advance.
If payment isn't received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened automatically through eBay. Non-payments lead to account restrictions or suspension under eBay's Terms of Service.
We appreciate responsible bidders - it helps keep the marketplace fair for all buyers and sellers. If you have any issues completing payment, please contact us promptly so we can help.
All returns are verified and documented for accuracy.
Every item we sell is photographed and recorded prior to shipment, including serial numbers, unique identifiers, and packaging details.
Returned items must be received in the exact same condition as originally photographed, with all original materials. Any alteration, tampering, or substitution of merchandise will void eligibility for refund and may constitute mail fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1341) or wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343) under U.S. federal law. We work directly with eBay's legal team when situations of fraud occur.
Courts have consistently recognized that intentional return of goods different from those purchased, or alteration for refund, may be prosecuted as theft or fraud. See, for example:
United States v. Smith, 659 F.2d 825 (7th Cir. 1981) fraudulent product substitution held to constitute mail fraud.
People v. Kendall, 197 Cal.App.3d 619 (1988) returning altered merchandise found to be theft by false pretenses.
This documentation process protects both honest buyers and sellers and ensures compliance with eBay's Money Back Guarantee and applicable consumer-protection laws.
