This chiffon scarf would be perfect for a patriotic celebration - July 4th, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, etc.  It is the perfect size for those who like a hint of color at the neck.  Although the tag has been removed I believe it is made from a sheer polyester fabric. The hem of the scarf is machine stitched.  The scarf has been washed and is ready to wear.  I see no stains or pulled threads. However there is a flaw in one place where the hem was stitched.  My photos show front and back of this area.  Still I would not hesitate to wear it and think someone will enjoy it.  It has been stored in a smoke-free pet-free environment.  It is 20 x 20 inches.
