Manual Printmaking Tools |
|
Manual Printmaking Tools is a necessary tool for traditional printing,
is the improvement and innovation of traditional characterized by
portability, high pressure, easy to hold, flexible control of arm force
size, flexible response to larger and smaller pictures. Commonly used in
letterpress printing.
from several aspects of material structure and technology, making it
more suitable for the creation of printmaking.
We have installed more than 700 freely rotating steel balls at the
bottom of the tool. When the ball moves, all the steel balls roll and
rotate, and the printing paper is intensively rolled, so that the ink
can be efficiently transferred. |
|
We adjust the size of steel ball: smaller diameter steel ball contact
area is smaller, the same pressure under the case of greater pressure;
The number of steel balls as much as possible, so that the picture more
uniform; Non-axisymmetric arrangement, so that during the stamping
process, the ball path will not appear moire. The weight is also a key
factor affecting the printing effect, in high-quality printing, the need
for flexible control of the picture, too heavy volume affects the
artist's control of the tone and color of the picture, moderate weight
is convenient to increase or decrease the force exerted in the process
of operation, making the picture appear rich layers. |

Materials:
All metal processing, more stable structure, better durability, higher
precision, more resistant to deformation
Process:
CNC machining center router process, high precision, the metal surface
has been anti-oxidation treatment, more accurate, more beautiful
Structure: using screw reinforcement process, more firm, more
stable
Use:
Our Manual Printmaking Tools: The grip area has been added with leather
material, and the artist's palm is carefully protected, making long
hours of work more comfortable. |

Lubrication: Use a small bottle of lubricating oil, drop 5-6 drops on
the film before use, use Marlene to repeatedly move on the film at
various angles to make the lubrication uniform, after the finish with
cotton cloth to wipe off excess lubricating oil;
Cushion layer: when printing, a layer of equal size printing paper is
placed behind the printing paper to absorb the excess ink that has
penetrated through, and a thin film sheet is placed behind the pad paper
to protect the marlin and prevent the paper fiber from entering the ball
interior. |
