Black Ford manual holder. The exact year or material is unknown, but it feels cloth like. NO MANUAL. Just located while preparing to move to warmer and less taxed climes. In nice condition but does have some marks/ dust from being stored and some threads on the backside where it was sewn. Neither is very noticeable, but they are there (see photos)

 About 6"x8 1/2" when closed. See photo for closure. Ebay has told me I can't use that word.
