Winning bidder must send a $200.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the auction closing by Pay Pal, wire transfer, certified check via priority mail; contact by e-mail or telephone to confirm intent to purchase.  All deals are to be finalized within 7 days of the close of the auction.  We attempt to be as thorough as possible with our inspections, so as not to leave anything to chance.  We want everyone to be happy with their purchase, however, any and all buyers should understand that due to the fact that these vehicles are "used" in nature, logic and reason should determine what IS and what ISN'T in excess of normal wear and tear. Buyers are accountable for personally inspecting the vehicle or arranging for a third party to conduct an inspection to ascertain its condition and value before purchasing.  Vip Auto Group Inc reserves the right to sell all vehicles to walk in customers.  If we sell a vehicle to a walk in customer we will remove the eBay auction once the vehicle is payed for.  We strive to provide auctions on all in stock units but due to the conflict of walk in customers purchasing vehicles that may be on eBay auctions may cause issues.  If an instance occurs where an eBayer hits the Buy It Now on a vehicle that has just sold to a walk in customer then Vip Auto Group Inc will make its best efforts in locating an acceptable replacement vehicle for you but this is not guaranteed.

Fees and Tax Information

All buyers are responsible for a $299 (this fee is taxable) documentation and administration fee.  All buyers are responsible to pay sales tax according to the percentage of tax in state which buyer resides.  Sales tax paid in Florida will be credited in the state in which vehicle will be registered in.  In Florida buyers pays $90-$400 for transfer title "and"- "or " license plate.  Payment can be made by: cashier's check, certify check, bank wire transfer or cash in person.
