Condition
Vintage condition with wear consistent with age.
Dial shows patina and spotting.
Case shows scratches and marks from normal use.
Please review photos carefully as they are part of the description.

Color note
This pie pan dial has a stepped profile that breaks light like facets. Under daylight it looks pale champagne. Indoors it turns warmer like honey. That is why collectors chase this style.

How to use and set
Start and wind. Turn the crown clockwise a few turns to get it going.
Set time. Pull the crown out and set the hands.
Set date. Caliber 561 typically has no quickset. Advance the hands past midnight to change the date. Repeat 24 hour cycles until correct.
Care tip. Avoid forcing the crown and avoid rapid date cycling late at night.
