Antique 30" Paper Cutter Shear 
I made a table for this and removed the counterweight to fit in my small room. Subsequently I lost the bar that held the counterweight. It was a simple straight rectangular flat bar that could be easily reproduced  and cut to the length of your choice. 
ALSO Please note: since the combined weight of these two pieces is over 150 pounds I am just selling the cutter itself without the counterweight (51lbs), which you can have if you pay separate postage for it after the sale. Or you can arrange for freight pick up for both items.(You pay the freight + $50 to me if you need it  palletized.)
