Scout type profile on these unmarked Torrington handlebars. Dimensions are approximately 21" wide, 3 1/2" rise, 7 1/2" reach. These were original equipment on a 1948 Columbia Westfield ladies step through 26" balloon tire bicycle but would also be a good choice  for a men's 26" lightweight. Good used condition with some scuffing, scratching and rust peppering to the chrome.
