This is a nice bright neon sign!  The back blue piece and the bottle cap are metal.  The bottle cap sits about 1.5" above the blue backing giving it a 3D effect.  It has a working on/off pull string.  There are some scratches to the bottle cap part and it appears the blue backing has been bent at some point towards the bottom, but overall this rare sign displays nicely.  It has a diameter of 23" and sits about 5.5" off the wall.  Be sure to check out my pictures for complete description.
