Jellycats may show slight variations in fur texture, stitching, or stuffing depending on the factory batch.
Sometimes the fur naturally covers the eyes. In this case, I have gently brushed/fluffed the fur so the face is clearly visible.
Hangtags may have minor bends or creases from shipping/storage, even when brand new.
As with all plush, there may be tiny manufacturing quirks (thread ends, fabric variations, etc.), which are normal for authentic Jellycats.
I carefully inspect each plush before shipping, and all items are sent in brand new condition unless otherwise noted.
