In which, I will gladly walk you through the process. The post office is being more selective on the insurance claims and shipping it back to me would not be productive.

Also, I have no control over the post office. I do supply tracking to the package. Media mail, can be slow and I have no control over how slow it is. However, I will do what I can with your package. I mostly do all calculated shipping. Please make sure that you understand that if you decide you don't want it or there is something thing wrong with it, I have no problem refunding your money. With that being said, first my products are inspected with two pairs of eyes (sometimes three), (my team has a combination of OCD and are very picky). If you decide to return the product, shipping is on you as stated by eBay. Also handling time might be up to 3-4 business days, I try to get it out sooner. I also do ship on Saturday if I get a chance. I am pretty good at communicating if something is taking longer. It sometimes involves looking for the right box to make sure your package gets there in one piece. Also, please don't ask me for a discount on shipping, I really try to get it to an exact measurement. Now with that be said, I have been know to give back the difference if it is way over the amount because this has happened, when I combine shipping.
