This 2010 published book has solid binding and cover, no writing other than stray marks and writing of months penciled in the table of content for planning purposes. There is highlighting in chapter 1 and part of chapter 2. page 14 has a small tear at bottom of page,and inner cover and table of contents have some white out and very light spot at bottom of those 3 pages.
