  1. Turn the dials to the original combination (0-0-0)
  2. Pull down the reset button with tool
  3. Turn the dials to the desired combination
  4. Press the both side button in the center direction, the reset button pop up to the original state

Note: This keyhole is the customs lock which does not provide the key. Only customs inspectors have keys to the TSA locks.
