Really nice quality for it's price. This is a third party Crazy Toys articulated Captain America in the Hot toys style.

Has magnetic shield which only attaches to his back and not his wrist. Still looks cool but obvious design flaw.

Good quality soft goods and stand. Has been in box all this time and from smoke free home.

No returns as this is third party from China and I have no control over the quality or perceived quality.

That is a personal choice. I happen to think this is a very displayable figure and looks good.

Use of stock photos as figure is still in box. Any sensible questions please ask.
