I have done research on the internet, where I have found this artist signature on other items. All state that it is a Navajo artist Initals B.C. with an eyebrow over initials.  This set came from a yard sell some 8 years ago. This set is in very good condition. Shows a little wear. Please look pictures. Everything is in wearable condition and is beautiful on. Comes with Buckle ,4 large Conchos & 4 small, all with turquoise stones set in the middle. This set is Sterling Plated.
