"By Order of the President" ca. 2004 is in like new condition and has not been read, judging by the condition of the spine.  

"The Generals: Brotherhood of War" ca.1986 is in good condition and has obviously been loved.  

If you average 'like new' and 'good' you get 'very good.'  Please take a good look at the photos if condition is priority as I effort to catch flaws and such in those photos.
