Worlds Of If - Fall 1986, Vol 23 No 1 Issue 176. This is the the revival issue of If that was released in 1986, and was the only issue they ever printed. This debted at the 1986 World Science Fiction Convention, and a friend of mine got this at the convention. Not many of these are known to still exist. The magazine was done in the original 1950s style as shown.

Nice copy, unread. Only major flaw is a small spot on the back cover, also has a few age spots and some discoloration on back cover, all as shown in second picture. Minor little crease/uneven edge on a few pages in middle of book that is visible on the bottom edge. TIGHT binding, nice white pages inside, nice corners. Grades Fine/VF 7.5/10.
