Vinyl Record grade: Near Mint, record is in great condition with a deep, high-gloss, mirror-like shine. Surfaces are beautifully clean and play with clarity—fantastic. No scratches. No warp.  A top-quality copy that sounds great. 

Cover/Jacket grade: VG+, jacket is presentable and intact. No writing on cover, strong spine. Very minor damage to corner (see photo). Artwork is clear and vibrant.

Record will be packed in a plastic outer sleeve with the record placed outside of the album jacket to prevent seam splits and securely sent in a reinforced media mailer with fragile stickers displayed on outside.

VG++

May have one or two visible imperfections (extremely faint or minor scratches)

VG+

A few visible scratches. These may include light scratches, or other superficial marks. Scratches are difficult to see.

VG

Greater numbers and severty of scratches. Pronounced play wear. Visabily used. 

G+

Pervasive imperfections of varying degrees including both light scratches and scratches deep enough to be felt. Severe scrathes. 

Sealed

Only used for sealed items

NM

Appears unplayed and will bear no marks, sleeve scuffs, or scratches. This is grade seldom used. Must be in original plastic shrink wrap.

VG++

Sleeve may have a small sticker or bit of writing but looks great.  Minimal ring wear. May have one or two visible imperfections (i.e. sleeve scuffs or slightly worn edges)

VG+

A few visible imperfections. These may include sleeve scuffs, light scratches, or other superficial marks.

VG

 Acceptable cover but may have drill hole or cut corner. May have a minor split side (1-3 inches), large sticker, or prominent ring wear. Corners are more rough. 

G+

Pervasive imperfections. Obvious wear and tear.  Minor to major flaws including sticker rash, major doodles or other distracting writing, major ring wear, soft spine, or major, total split seem.
