ABOUT WARRANTY:

  1. Gear up auto parts warrants its parts to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of One YEAR from the date of sale to the buyer. Please keep your original purchase receipt. A copy of the receipt would need be presented with all claims.
  2. It does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Gear up auto parts for inspection and approval.
 ABOUT RETURN:
  1. Please inspect your product before installation to ensure that you have the correct part for your vehicle.
  2. All returns must be applied with 30 days from date of the parcel is delivered. We accept returns only in "NEW & UNINSTALLED" condition. You need to have return authorization by contacting us prior to you return.
  3. Please note that shipping cost is not refundable.
  4. Damaged products will not be accepted for refund.
