This is a used Spyderco "Endura" C10SBK98 folding lockback knife with a full serrated blade.  The only markings on the knife are CLIPIT ENDURA, Spyrderco ATS-55 and SEKI-CITY Japan.

It's in fair-to-good condition, only reason is that it appears the top point of the blade is chipped.  Otherwise it appears good with typical signs of wear and use, no signs of glue or any stains on the blade. It also may be missing the clip, it looks like there's a little connector that would go in the larger hole where a belt-clip would be attached.

Approximate dimentions are 4-7/8" x 1-5/8" x 3/8" closed and 8-1/2" open.
