This softcover booklet “How to Cook Scallops” was put out by the US Department of Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Commercial Fisheries. It’s marked “Test Kitchen Series No. 13”. One page on how to cook scallops, 16 pages of recipes using scallops. Includes some black and white photos.

Excellent condition. There is some minimal age discoloration and minor corner bending on the covers - no tears, writing or other marks.
