iScoreboard has been making portable scoreboard displays for almost 4 years now.  From our inventory of 7-segment displays, we have the following:

5-inch 7-Segment LED Digit Display with Decimal Point.  These digits have excellent character appearance and have low current operation.  They are easily mounted to a PC board and can be combined to make a multi-digit display.
